Hello my name is Alara Cetin and I have contacted you earlier regarding presale tickets. I became a fan member only to use the presale option for Seoul concert because the capacity is so low and it will be too competitive to get during general sales. Anyway I was told to wait before 9 am here local time to start getting presale tickets however nothing shows up on the website.
