After a stunning performance at Sanremo Music Festival, one of the world’s most eclectic singer-songwriters, Sting announces a series of extraordinary concerts in some of the most intimate locations of our country. Sting will perform on 26 July at Forte Arena in S.ta Margherita di Pula (CA), 28 July at Auditorium Parco della Musica (Cavea) in Rome, 29 July at the Verona Arena, 30 July at Etes Arena Flegrea in Naples and on 1 August at Teatro Antico in Taormina.

Tickets for the shows will be available for Sting.com members first starting Tuesday, 13 Feb at 10 am (for 24 hours only). The general on-sale will start Wednesday, 14 Feb at 11 am at www.ticketmaster.it and www.ticketone.it.
Composer, singer-songwriter, actor, author, philanthropist and activist Sting was born in Newcastle, England before moving to London in 1977 to form The Police with Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers (the band – one of the most iconic ever in the music history - released five studio albums, earned six Grammy Awards and two Brits).
During his solo career (full of hits), Sting has won 10 Grammy Awards, two Brits, a Golden Globe, an Emmy and four Oscar nominations.Following Sting’s most recent, critically-acclaimed album, 57th & 9th, his first rock/pop collection in over a decade, Sting and reggae superstar, Shaggy will release a collaborative, island-influenced album on April 20 entitled 44/876 (Interscope/Universal), that reflects the duo’s mutual love of Jamaica – its music, the spirit of its people and the vibrancy of its culture. The first Caribbean-flavored single, “Don’t Make Me Wait” is currently one of the most downloaded songs on iTunes Italy and is in the top15 of the most played songs in the Italian Airplay Chart. The single is available now on all digital platforms.
Throughout his illustrious career, Sting has sold close to 100 million albums, has appeared in more than 15 films and written and composed music & lyrics for the acclaimed Broadway Musical, The Last Ship.
