Sting plans to "reimagine" his past songs for a new album due this summer...

Later this summer, Sting plans to release a new album featuring "reimagined" versions of some of his best-known songs. Our first taste of it comes with a new version of 1999's "Brand New Day," which is now available for streaming and download.

During his performance Monday night on Fox's New Year's Eve telecast, the Rock & Roll Hall of Famer debuted his new version of "Brand New Day," which boasts a modernized arrangement courtesy of Grammy-winning DJ, remixer and producer Dave Audé. 

Sting's decision to rework the song 20 years after the fact was prompted by his desire to encourage a feeling of hope and unity as the new year began. And "Brand New Day" is just the first of several well-known tunes that Sting will be revisiting on his upcoming My Songs tour, which kicks off June 1 in Europe.

The reimagine album
The reimagine album Should have extended play elements and additional lyrics added to some of STING’s favorite police songs as well, Hope to hear a remix of the song 44/876. Really looking forward to this album.

Sting is always AMAZING!
I am never ever bored listening to Sting as he is such a versatile musician and knows how to keep his fans interested in his music. Really looking forward to his "reimagined" hit songs. He is truly AMAZING and I was really lucky to see him live in Kuwait a few months ago! Sting is the best!!!

PLEASE make this album 'authentic'. You have TOO MUCH SKILL to be drawn into 'skanking up' your masterpieces.

Sting Shadow Box
I was fortunate enough to have met Sting during the 57th and 9th tour and get an autograph from him on the CD jacket. Would like to do a shadow box with the CD and some other memorabilia but was looking for a cool background - like perhaps the artwork on the "Lyrics" book he did several years back which is his handwriting of notes and song lyrics. Anyone know where I might get a reproduction of this for a shadow box background?

Great Songs
Great music stands the test of time and Sting has an incredible body of work for himself and others to explore. Excited that Sting will be revisiting some of his great work.

Brand New Day 2019 version out now...
